Condemn Bahrain’s Murders

Dear Honorable Senator,

Please condemn Bahrain’s atrocious human rights record and demand the U.S. stop sending arms to this regime. This regime has not reformed. It has killed people every week for the last three months, killing four people on January 25, 2011.

Furthermore, opposition leaders, human rights activists and doctors continue to languish in prison based on tortured confessions and illegal military trials. (Their constitution does not allow civilians to be tried in military courts.)

It is absolutely imperative that we stop sending arms to this regime. This regime is slowly slaughtering its small population. The following spreadsheet lists people that have been killed almost every week. The numbers are mounting.
